Duck & Dry Sass

Hey dolls,

Thursday is the new Friday right? Well last Thursday I started my weekend early and was treated like a QUEEN at Duck and Dry's sassy new venue located just off Oxford Circus. It was an evening of music, blow dries/hair styling, manicures and let me not forget to mention BOTTOMLESS PROSECCO! For only £40 you can receive bottomless prosecco along with a blow dry every Thursday.

Rightfully deemed as London's finest blowdry and updo bar I opted for big and bouncy curls. They offer a range of hair services including the use of hot curling tools. Duck and Dry offers a unique experience that allows you to relax and enjoy your treatments whether you're going solo or accompanied by your besties.

Both of the bottomless prosecco offers along with your blow dry are available at both the Oxford Circus and the Chelsea (Kings Road) stores on Thursday's for £40. Click here to make your bookings.

From straight hair to... big sassy curls!

Also on site are nail guru's Nail'd it London offering a range of unique designs to beautify your nails. I decided to try something new and go for chrome nails in a pop of blue. I can now confirm holographic nails are definitely SASSY and I would suggest you treat yourself to fresh set asap! (They take bookings and walk ins are welcome too) I'm already contemplating what colour I'll go for next time. ;)

Topshop Denim Sass

Hey dolls,

The sun has awoken and Spring has FINALLY arrived to join the sass, and let me tell you - it's about time! This season it's all about denim, denim oh and did I mention more denim?

I'm extremely excited to be teaming up with Topshop in collaboration to launch their new Denim Campaign 'Meet Your New Jeans.' So I'm going to let you in on  some simple sassy tips as to how I style mine.

Okay... evidently my favourite style is the Jamie Jean, famous for their high waisted and skinny figure hugging design which makes for an extremely flattering fit. The Jamie jean enhances the illusion of longer legs, and let me not forget to mention how good they’ll make your bum look!

For years I struggled to find a pair of jeans that I could comfortably wear to compliment my body, it was a constant struggle as I've always been curvy. I found it to be quite an uncomfortable experience overall as I just wasn't comfortable in jeans whatsoever, so for a long time I steered clear of them as I'd basically given up on them altogether!

Topshop now boasts of TWELVE different denim jean designs to compliment all body types, which is how I came across their Jamie jean. The super stretchy denim material make them practical and comfortable to wear on a day to day basis. Read more about what Topshop say's about their denim campaign as they showcase each of their sassy styles here.

I decided to choose two pairs of my favourite Jamie jeans and team them with some mixed and matched items creating two sassy daytime looks. The first outfit is what I call a sassy lunch date/meeting look. Plain skinny jeans, double breasted coat finished off with a sexy lace bodysuit and cateye sunglasses giving it a fun and flirty flair. The second outfit is a sassy street style look: Khaki bomber jacket, ribbed open back bodysuit with a black ripped skinny jeans and aviator sunglasses for an edgy finish.

Both outfits shared the same closed toe platform heels, belt and jewellery. I like to keep my daytime outfits accessorised light and simple, so here are two ways to sass your accessories with two completely different outfits. Each look has it's own style and easily achievable if you mix and match some of the items.

So now I've shown you my styling tips I want you to let me know what your favourite style is from their Denim range. If you want to be a QUEEN too, click on the links below to shop my outfits! You're welcome. ;)

February Sass

Hello Lovely's,

Now I know I'm not the only one feeling the crisp February chill in full effect... Here's a few simple  fashion survival tips.

Why not try swapping your daily pair of trousers for thigh high boots? Super comfy to walk in and a necessity for any sassy ladies wardrobe, especially throughout the winter season. I got mine from Ego and would definitely recommend you invest in a pair, Nancy Sinatra didn't sing "These boots are made for walking" for nothing.

We're all going crazy for fishnets this season, so team them with a simple dress, warm coat and you'll be able to join me strutting your way down the sassy lane.

There you have it, a sexy and simple winter daytime outfit. Be sure to be the ultimate Queen this season and sass your warm headwear like a crown!

P.s. Check out my FIRST ever Lookbook which is now live on my new Youtube channel above. Enjoy and make sure to subscribe :)

LFW Bloggers Sass

Hey loves,

Who else is as excited for the much anticipated London Fashion Week next month as much as I am?!

Last season I had the pleasure of attending an exclusive bloggers breakfast and hangout hosted by the fabulous The Blogger Programme. First of all, starting your day with a delicious breakfast over the most gorgeous table setting, having girly chats with like minded ladies was certainly my definition of #squadgoals.

Not only were we treated to a special breakfast, the morning also consisted of being absolutely spoilt by gifts from gorgeous brands such as Superdry, Public Desire, Nine Lives, and Orelia London to name a few. The duration of the day then went on to transform into an absolute dream where we were treated to a special salon experience getting our hair and nails done by the ultimate glam squad, also being joined by a plethora of brands which were showcasing products from their new lines.

Anyway I'm so ready to get my Sass on for London Fashion Week, just you wait for what's in store ;)

Stay Sassy, xoxo
